Paul Kelly

Chief Executive Officer

With over 30 years’ of experience in the area of mechanical engineering, Paul Kelly is a trainer, business owner, contractor and hot-rod builder enthusiast. Taking an innovative approach to training, Paul has had a life-long passion for building and all things mechanical.

Paul successfully continues to oversee several businesses within the automotive and building industry. Having coached and mentored several apprentices during his years, Paul brings invaluable experience to QTG as the CEO.

Belinda Goodhand


Working in Compliance at QTG, Belinda will be putting to use her 15 years’ Business Administration experience, and having grown up around all things mechanical (namely engine re-conditioning, hot-rods and street machines) Belinda strongly believes in people having the most up to date knowledge within the automotive industry to enable a hassle free experience for customers who bring their pride and joy to your workshop to have repairs, servicing and any matter of mechanical things done.

Glenn Cheeseman

Trainer & Assessor

Glenn has dedicated 25 years to the Mining Industry as a Trade qualified Diesel Fitter, 7 years of which were as a Workshop Supervisor and Co-Ordinator for Special Projects Maintenance. As an Owner/Operator of two businesses involving maintenance of trucks and cars to levels equal to or better than OEM, Glenn has a ultimate wealth of knowledge in the Automotive Mechanical Industry .

Glenn’s hobbies include the fabrication and building of hot-rods, engine design and building for specialised performance.

Kevin Parker

Industry Engagement Advisor

Kevin has over 20 years experience in management, Operations, compliance, OH&S and integrated business process management. He has demonstrated leadership and innovation with the application of IT and redesigned business processes. He led in the establishment of the materials management function, strategic supplier management, supply logistics, lean manufacturing. From before he had his license he his played with cars in all forms from rebuilding classics to drag races and this is still his daily passion.
